About the Role

RoundUp App is seeking a full-time Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team in Austin, TX. Work with a small but mighty team to develop and deploy a B2B and B2C email strategy focused on acquisition, cultivation and retention, plus track, measure and analyze performance.

In this role you will own the customer lifecycle management for three different verticals (donors, nonprofits & ecommerce) and support our ambitious growth goals. 

Who You Are:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in an email marketing or communications role

  • Knowledge of responsive/mobile-first email design

  • Working knowledge of HTML & CSS

  • Passion for creative copywriting and graphic design

  • Familiarity with analytical and database tools

  • Experience with Mailchimp and/or Hubspot a plus

  • Experience with Canva a plus

  • Bonus points if you have experience with nonprofits and/or eCommerce

  • Strong analytical and project management skills

  • High attention to deal

What You’ll Do:

  • Write compelling copy and design eye-catching graphics for emails communications

  • Create, execute and analyze automated B2C and B2B email campaigns

  • Manage an email content calendar

  • Incorporate personalization into all email campaigns

  • Run creative lead generation campaigns

  • Regularly analyze and report on email performance

  • Run A/B tests to optimize email campaign performance

  • Maintain B2C and B2B email databases

  • Ensure compliance with privacy acts and industry best practices

  • Work collaboratively with other teams including customer success and engineering
